I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have a passion for helping individuals develop effective coping skills which they can use both in the short and long term. I believe in the power of the therapeutic alliance, identifying strengths, and empowering those I work with.

I use an empathetic and compassionate approach. I am influenced by DBT, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Motivational interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality therapy, Internal Family Systems, and, Trauma Informed approaches. My style is directive, nonjudgemental, and down to earth. I can teach you effective and practical coping skills which you can use daily.
